KnowKnowledge launches its first learn on-line product.
Introducing 'Be cool for school' week by week guide to synthetic phonics.
A brand new early learning DVD which is fun and fruity
An early learning on-line resource for children aged 1-6 years, which provides letters and sounds based in the ‘synthetic phonics’ approach as highlighted in the Rose report, cleverly integrated with an attractive and fun use of fruit and vegetables.
Clear visual letterforms are related to items of fruit and vegetables, accompanied by a voice over demonstrating the individual letter names and sounds, also blending some letter sounds into synthetic phonics and letter clusters to make whole words.
Be cool for school provides a multi-sensory learning experience together with all important computer skills, which is shared between parent, carer and child, developing early years understanding of the alphabet, letters and sounds. The resource is recommended for use on ‘A few minutes a day’ basis developing a learning routine with fruit and vegetables.
It’s also recommended to use sweet fresh fruit (or dried), and crunchy raw vegetables as a reward while having fun and learning.
